December was a busy month for us... We raised a seed round and we decided to narrow our product focus. We also got a ton of valuable customer feedback. And since then, we've shipped. Oh boy have we shipped...
So... what's new?
v2 of Spreadsheet Processing
| Old | New |
|---|---|
| Only CSVs. | Any spreadsheet format. |
| Columns must be mapped. | No mapping necessary. |
| Text based responses only. | Text, dropdowns, formulas, merged cells; response format agnostic and will adapt to what's required. |
| Processed line by line. | The entire spreadsheet is processed agentically; produces a cohesive overall narrative without repetitive or disjointed sequential responses. |
| Download the basic completed CSV. | Download the completed spreadsheet in the exact format, tab structure and styling that you uploaded it in. |
v2 of Document Processing
Some of the quality if life improvements we've made here based on user feedback:
- The ability to edit a selection, instead of processing the entire document every time.
- Removal of all "manual" settings, goals and content types. The agent will intelligently route the request based on your instructions and intent.
- Accept, reject, keep both and try again options to interact with the agent's edits.
- Versioning and history.
- Output speed.
Agent Context (Knowledge Base)
Some of the quality if life improvements we've made here based on user feedback:
- .XLS* files are now intelligently parsed, and "question+answer" pairings are extracted automagically.
- Version history and audit log for Knowledge Items.
- Citation tracking; now it's dead simple to see who and where a Knowledge Item was used.
- Tags, owners, sorting, filtering.
- Semantic similarity is tracked over time to see how effective/relevant the Knowledge Item is to what users are asking.
- Improved web scraping controls and feedback.
Project Collaboration
This is entirely new, and totally based on customer feedback. Some customers we spoke with manage thousands of proposals and needed operational tooling to keep things on track. So, we shipped:
- Annotations: Comments, statuses, tasks, due dates within Documents and Spreadsheets.
- Folder and Spreadsheet/Document level tracking to cover proposals with multiple documents.
- Notifications of outstanding assignments.
- Visual progress tracking at every level.
- An in Spreadsheet/Document tray that allows you to filter and easily flip through annotations.
- Customer feedback on this was "I want to look at outstanding stuff and just do next, next, next..."

Thank you!
Thanks for all the feedback! The more customer feedback we get, the more and faster we'll iterate so keep it coming!
RFPs and security questionnaires are terrified of us!
